Two power phones with a dual-core processor, and 4G capabilities. The Viper runs on Sprint's brand new LTE network and features a 1.2 GHz dual-core processor. The HTC One S is unlocked and can run on AT&T's HSPA+ network, but packs a more impressive 1.5 GHz dual-core processor, along with a newer version of Android.
The One S has a gorgeous body, a 4.3-inch display, and Android 4.0. The LG Viper has a high-end design but a smaller, 4-inch display and Android 2.3. The Viper uses a stock version of Android, whereas the One S comes with HTC's custom UI, Sense 4.
Now we take a look at the features of each phone - the processor, data speeds, the battery, and more. Both feature 4G connectivity, but the One S has a better processor (Snapdragon S4) than the Viper (Snapdragon S3). Not only that, but the One S also has a better camera.

LG Optimus L7

LG is a renowned company is producing the electronic items. It’s some of the products are very famous in the world but it doesn’t have a good market in the smartphone industry. Despite of this fact LG came up with a new mobile LG Optimus L7 which released under the tag of the Optimus. LG started Optimus range in the March of the last year. L7 is not hi-fi smartphone so it can’t be compared to the Samsung Galaxy S3 and Apple iPhone 4s. It is good quality and middle level smartphone which can be compared to the Sony Xperia U and HTC One V.

When it comes to the style, LG Optimus is highly marked. It is designed by keeping in mind the today’s trend of smartphone designing and outlooks. LG Optimus L7 feels good and comfortable in hand having plastic body and metallic edges. It has a button in center bottom of the mobile which sometimes give it a look of Samsung Galaxy S2. It has 2 capacitive buttons which remain invisible unless they are being touched. It is featuring Android OS 4.0 i.e. Ice Cream Sandwich.
(YOU CAN BUY THIS MOBILE FROM HERE)

Being Android phone it is comparable to HTC One V and Sony Xperia U. it has capacitive touch screen having screen size of 4.3 inches. Its screen resolution is of 800 x 480. It provides the user with a good touch but it lacks distinct widgets and 5 homescreens which can be easily dragged. LG Optimus plus point is its 5 megapixel camera, which is allowing the users to take pictures in different modes by providing different shooting settings and options. The shooting also enhances the image quality produces a clear image without noise and blur.

When it comes to the performance then it is not a good rated phone. In today’s arena mostly smartphones have dual core or quad processor but LG Optimus L7 is featuring 1GHz single core processor along with 512GB of RAM. Owing to this its performance is quite dull. It lags when a HD video is played on the smartphone. Its processor supports only basic graphics for the games. On the other hand, its playback and music player is amazingly good, providing great sound in from the audio jack and from the speakers.

In spite of the fact that LG put great work to make Optimus L7 a great mobile but they didn’t succeed. Its style and outlook is quite good but it lacks good performance. Optimus L7 fails to compete with the Android phones from the Sony, HTC etc.
