Nokia, being the pioneers in the mobile phone industries, from start focused smartphones with keypad. They didn’t focus much on the touch phones but somehow they had to change their strategy owing to changing trends in smartphone industry. Its design almost same to the previous phone in the Lumia family i.e. Lumia 800. Only there is a bit differenced in the size. Lumia 900 is a bit larger than Lumia 800. As Lumia features Windows OS, there is a Windows at the bottom of the screen as the Menu button.Owing to its big display and pixel density, Lumia 900 provides you with an awesome display. Its interface is quite handy. Windows OS Mango is providing same interface as they provided in the previous smartphones. Nokia Lumia 900 is featuring single-core 1.4GHz Qualcomm Snapdragon APQ8055 processor along with 512 MB RAM. Now-a-days smartphone industry is working with dual core and quad core processors but Nokia came up with single core processor. It is a very big flaw of the Lumia 900 thus it reduces its speed a bit. Also Lumia 900 has 16GB of hard disk and for such a huge memory; Nokia should have use a higher processor for better working and processing speed. Lumia is featuring 8MP camera with Carl Zeiss lens, so the picture quality is quite good. It also allows you to record video in full HD i.e. 720p. Carl Zeiss lens gives a good result with flash so you can get a quality image from the Lumia 900.

Finally by discussing all these features and qualities, I can say that Nokia Lumia 900 is a good phone and it can come up with good results in the market but it doesn’t have such a wow factor which it can make it outstanding and difference creating phone.

Comparison: Ipad 3 Vs Samsung Galaxy tab 10.1

Every smartphone manufacturing companies are coming up with new and latest technology to take lead in smartphone industry. Both Apple and Samsung are among major companies who have brought up with new revolutionary designs and technology. Apple recently released Ipad 3 which is a new and improved version of the Ipad 2 whereas Samsung came up with Galaxy Tab 10.1 and this is considered to be best tablet released by Samsung. Both tablets are way too similar when we take features into the account. There is a slight difference in the prices of both tablets. Apple Ipad price starts from $629.99 whereas Galaxy tab 10.1 is a bit expensive and its price starts at $699.99.

When it comes to the design, Ipad and Galaxy tab both look alike but when both tablets are grasped in hands, the Ipad delivers a wow factor. We cannot say that Galaxy tab look isn’t good but comparatively Ipad wins the race in the design. Galaxy tab has a plastic body and it is comparatively light. New Ipad looks has not been improved much. But overall in looks and design, Ipad gets high marks.

When we take camera into consideration then again Ipad scores high score owing to its 5 mega pixel camera whereas Galaxy tab 10.1 has 3.2 mega pixel camera. Ipad features Isight technology which enables high quality images with better colors. Both the tabs have macro and scenery mode features but Ipad Isight camera excels between the two. Like before when we compare both interfaces, Ipad takes lead again. Interface has been a lot in new Apple Ipad. Galaxy Tab 10.1 is supporting Android Honeycomb OS and there are already many Android tablets whose interface is much better than Tab 10.1.

Ipad is featuring 1GHz dual-core processor combined with quad-core graphics unit which has greatly enhanced its performance and speed. Owing to this, Ipad exhibits the fastest and most responsive tablet in the market. On the other hand, Galaxy tab 10.1 features 1GHz dual core NVIDIA Tegra 2 processor which has a respectable processor speed. So by comparing all these features, I conclude that Apple Ipad 3 is a better choice than Samsung Galaxy Tab 10.1.
