Two power phones with a dual-core processor, and 4G capabilities. The Viper runs on Sprint's brand new LTE network and features a 1.2 GHz dual-core processor. The HTC One S is unlocked and can run on AT&T's HSPA+ network, but packs a more impressive 1.5 GHz dual-core processor, along with a newer version of Android.
The One S has a gorgeous body, a 4.3-inch display, and Android 4.0. The LG Viper has a high-end design but a smaller, 4-inch display and Android 2.3. The Viper uses a stock version of Android, whereas the One S comes with HTC's custom UI, Sense 4.
Now we take a look at the features of each phone - the processor, data speeds, the battery, and more. Both feature 4G connectivity, but the One S has a better processor (Snapdragon S4) than the Viper (Snapdragon S3). Not only that, but the One S also has a better camera.
