Acer Iconia Tab A510

Acer Iconia Tab A510 was first announced earlier this year in January but it arrived in the market this month. Iconia A510 due to its quad core NIVIDIA Tegra 3 processor and a big display, it can easily compete with the iPad 3 and ASUS Transformer Pad 300. Owing to its processor it can easily attract the users of iPad towards itself.
Acer Iconia Tab A510 looks like to be the elder brother of the Iconia Tab 500. Its design is almost same to the Iconia Tab 500 and there is no innovation in its outlook. Its design is a bit chunky and tab looks bulky. Its 11mm in thickness and in weighs 680grams. Iconia 510 has 10.1 inches display screen having TFT variety which is not a good display. On the other hand, ASUS tablets and iPad 3 have Retina display which is quite amazing. It has HD display but display quality is not very impressive.

Acer Iconia Tab 510 has a powerful and very fast processor. It has quad-core 1.3GHz NVIDIA Tegra 3 processor along with 1GB of healthy RAM.  It has a 5MP camera at the rear which is capable of shooting video in 1080p HD. But it doesn’t have flash so camera sometimes don’t give good quality image. It also lacks different shooting options. It has 32GB of internal memory. It is featuring Android OS 4.0 i.e. Ice Cream Sandwich which is released in the beginning of this year. Owing to its processor, it can easily play full HD 1080p videos in different formats.

Acer Iconia Tab 510 design is a bit chunky but it is easy to hold in hand for hours. It is capable of support full HD videos in 1080p. it has a good processor, microSD card slot, 5MP camera capable of recording videos in HD and it is available at only 350 UK Pounds. It is quite cheaper than the ASUS tablets and iPad and many of the Android lovers would prefer it over expensive tablets.
